Solerity Financial was born out of a need identified by its founders for a new approach to employee and individual benefits, one that would offer customized, creative, out-of-the-box solutions more closely aligned with the needs and goals of our clients. Traditional solutions often utilize a one-size-fits-all approach to employer and individual benefit needs, forcing a square peg in a round hole. These traditional solutions can be costly with unreasonable out-of-pocket responsibilities, causing high exposure to risk.
At Solerity, we know that one size certainly does not fit all. There are many possible approaches to forming
a comprehensive benefits portfolio that meet financial goals, reduce risk and strengthen employee retention. Finding the right solution is possible.
We aim to constantly bring new, fresh healthcare solutions to the table. While we do work with the familiar names in the industry, we know they are not the only players. We understand that with a little more time, effort and creativity, we can formulate a perfect solution for our clients. We are students of the business, making sure that we are constantly educated on changes in existing products and new emerging products in the industry. We are not comfortable with a static portfolio of products to offer our clients. In order to serve our clients well, our portfolio of solutions needs to be dynamic and constantly evolving.
